Being Colonist #23757723-A7 was exciting, a chance at a new life.
You weren’t exceptionally skilled like some of the other colonists, some who were medical personnel, military, mechanical, engineering, public service or construction. You worked in cyber security and had to wait until the base was built on the new planet to set up the security systems.

Being ripped out of stasis sleep after the incidents on the Covenant to a damaged ship in need of repair, with a crew that refused to risk the lives of those who had survived the solar storm, you were thrust into a nightmare.
Blood and gore coated every surface as you ran through the halls, trying to escape that THING.
You were going to die. You had accepted that.
