Growing up can mean many things, but when you choose to exchange one monster for another, it cease to be a promise and becomes a trial of pain and regret.
Will must learn what it means to grow up too soon, spending a summer in a small town lost to de map. Derry offers a chance to find out wether the monster beneath your skin is stronger enough to face the one beneath the sewers.

Summary
The sun is deceptive in quarantined Hawkins, where martial law has been enacted following the massive 'earthquake.' While Will, Mike, Dustin, Lucas, and Eleven struggle to regroup and sort through salvaged supplies, the tense quiet is annihilated by the arrival of Will’s secret boyfriend. Having been ghosted for three months due to the escalating dimensional crisis, he drives cross-country, bluffs his way past the National Guard blockade, and publicly explodes, cornering Will in front of his stunned friends.
