Raksha had never been a people person. She’d never minded that time to herself, had usually enjoyed it as a welcome reprieve from socializing, but this was something else entirely. Now, the most she could do was sneak to the edge of town and watch the people finishing their errands or closing their shops for the night. Now, she had to catch glimpses of her mother crying as she held the quilt they had made together, or hide from her sharp-eyed little sister when the girl looked out over the hills like she expected Raksha to come walking over them at any moment.

The story of how my Gangrel, Raksha, survived the months after her embrace and met her mentor Shivani after her sire abandoned her in true Gangrel fashion. It is a Dark Ages chronicle set in the world of Castlevania, with some VTM lore modified to be setting-specific. It takes take in Wallachia, about 16 years before Dracula's death.

Summary
As Zoey watched Rumi’s retreating form and heard the quiet thunk of her door shutting in the distance, she lasted a few minutes helping Mira pick up before something in the air changed. It was like heavy clouds descending after a bright, sunny day, and the maknae suddenly found herself tearing up as the emotions of the morning and the past few days truly caught up to her.
Mira, of course, noticed immediately. She set down the cups she was holding and paced forward to touch Zoey’s arm, brows knitted in worry. “Whoa, are you okay, Zo?”
It hit like a flood then, a dam breaking after too long holding back pressure. Zoey stumbled forward and collapsed into Mira’s arms with a hiccupping sob, hot tears streaming down her cheeks. “…We almost lost her,” she whispered, her voice cracking with horror and heartbreak. “Oh God, we almost lost our Rumi.”

In the days following saving the Honmoon, Zoey and Mira reflect after learning some troubling information from Rumi.

Summary
Team Tadpole is making their way through the Shadow-Cursed Lands and go to investigate the House of Healing and wake Art Cullagh. What they find there is not what they signed up for and ends up sending Wrayne (half-elf sorcerer Tav) into a panic attack.
