This particular story is in a dnd setting where Niko is (unknowingly) a sorcerer. When he was captured and subjected to tortures he accidently cast a spell summoning a giant guardian snake.
But Niko looked and smelled so good that the snake ended up fucking him and eggpregnating him. When the snake was finished it disappeared, but Makoto let him keep the eggs and eventually give birth to 12 beautiful baby spirit snakes.
