Yavin is….
Yavin is a work in progress. It’s something to adapt to.
Everyone there is so…..idealistic. Eager. Kleya doesn’t know if it's because they haven’t been off this force-foresaken moon in years, or because they’ve never seen real war, but she doesn’t identify many who will have the stomach to do what needs to be done. Even those that she saw earlier - with Andor’s friend - training for what’s to come. She doubts any of them have been on the front lines before.
Andor and his friend notwithstanding. Also Vel, she supposes. Begrudgingly.
(Kleya recovers after the events of Andor Season 2 and adjusts to life on Yavin)

After everything is ripped away from her, Kleya struggles to find purpose in the endless void of nothingness her life has become. Empathising with Kleya's grief, Vel takes her in and cares for her in her vulnerable state, but soon finds Kleya's need for closeness and comfort growing more intense than either of them anticipated.
