Summary
All For One would’ve let the boy die. He would’ve tormented the boy the same way he tormented anyone else who dared to oppose him. He would’ve chopped the boy up into little pieces and fed those pieces to his nomus.
All For One was by no means merciful and the fact that this boy- Izuku Midoriya- welded the power of One For All should have cemented his gruesome death by All For One’s hands. But All For One didn’t succumb to the narrative for one reason.
Izuku is the most like Yoichi.

This is a story about Izuku basically being the humanized version of Bad Reputation by Joan Jet while Yoichi decides that Izuku would be a fun player in the game of giving Hisashi psychological pain.
Oh, and there’s a cat. Y’know, ‘cause all the cool Izuku’s across the world of fanfics have a cat.

And just like how Yoichi was the one who started it all, he felt that the boy has what it takes to end it conclusively, once and for all.
But not with how the blond oaf is doing things.
He will need to take over.
Just like how his quirk shifted the speed of objects however fast or slow he liked, Kudou is going to shift the gears of fate, so that the battle between good and evil is finally brought to an end.
Though, he never could’ve foreseen developing paternal feelings for the boy in the process.
