Tough missions always meant that Sasuke pulled back into himself, and Naruto saw it as his own personal duty to yank Sasuke out of his dark moods and into the present. When their usual fist fights stopped working he found that fucking him hard was the best alternative. When that is no longer enough he has to get creative.

Erwin knew this was a disastrous idea. He knew it could cause the two a great deal of strife. He knew it could affect their ability to think clearly in battle, if they allowed themselves to get involved. He knew that at least one of them wouldn’t make it to see the end.
Something like this could only lead to heartache. It could only lead to an abundance of inner turmoil and emotional suffrage.
From a logical standpoint, he knew it was foolish to submit to his innermost desires—but Erwin had grown weary of fighting against the feelings that had been brewing inside of his heart since befriending Levi.
And so he finally lifted a white flag in surrender: resolving that this decision would be a choice with no regrets.

Summary
The afternoon sunlight was slanting in through the open window. It was a cool October day, and Levi was on one of his cleaning sprees. Presently, he was in Erwin Smith's office dusting off the bookshelves while his commander busily penned up the next expedition proposal to the brass. Levi was so occupied with decimating every last speck of dust he could find that Erwin's sudden burst of movement made him jump with surprise.
"What the hell's wrong with you?" asked the captain after seeing Erwin abruptly stand up, sending his desk chair careening into the wall in his haste.
Erwin was staring intently down at his desk, having backed up to the window and nearly tripping himself on his own chair in the process. He nodded meaningfully, wordlessly at his desk. Levi peered at it, and as soon as he saw the problem, he tensed up.
"Oh, I see." His voice wasn't quite as level as normal. "Leave it to you to attract the titan of fucking spiders to your workspace."

He knew logically he should asked a more reform question, something to help him tie up all the loose pieces of this endless puzzle. But his heart was set on one question and one question only. And before he could stop himself he blurted out. “Who’s my husband?”
Naruto stared at him with a dumbfounded look as if the question was completely stupid. He stood up and stretch making sure to dust off his Hokage robe and walk towards the door. “You seriously haven’t figured that one out?”
“No” Sasuke said warily, “and after being here for sometime I’m not sure what kind of person ‘grown-up’ me would date. And to have to explain to that person what’s going on is going to be awkward”
“Well you're in luck because you’re partner already knows about your amnesia and is totally supporting you”
Sasuke scoffed and rolled his eyes. “How would he know, we all just found out I have amnesia about a few minutes ago”
“Easy, because I’m your husband, teme”
And if it felt as if the earth and moon collided right under his feet. No one should blame Sasuke for how overwhelmed he felt.
