Tartarus took a toll on him. Everyone may call him a hero, and talk about all the things he’s done. But Percy doesn’t feel like one. It feels like lies, like he’s deceiving everyone. He’s no hero. Not after all the things he’d done, after all the deaths he’d caused. And especially not after what he’s done down there.
