Summary
Death Watch's coup to take over Mandalore has been foiled and the Zabrak Sith dealt with. In the midst of rebuilding her world, Satine Kryze seeks allies amongst a Republic that refuses to offer support. The senator from Kuat offers her what she needs . . . and a marriage proposal along with it.
Satine struggles to answer, caught between the love she can't have and the marriage she could. Obi-Wan wants to be supportive, but is struggling with scars from the war. Korkie is not happy and takes matters into his own hands. Padme's getting ready for life as a mother. Anakin just wants his former master to have what he does.
And in the midst of it all, Palpatine invites Anakin to the opera.

His master favored the more defensive style of Soresu allowing his opponent to waste their energy thinking they’d gained the upper hand. Then, at the last moment, Obi-Wan would strike, quick as a nexu—leaving his opponent reeling and defeated with no idea what had gone wrong.
Anakin favored Djem So, the aggressive style, attacking and getting the battle over as soon as possible. It was only logical that his negotiation style would follow the same path.
