“Obi-wan.” Obi-wan replies, staring at the elbows on his table. Anakin blushes, getting the message and removing them, putting his hands in his lap instead but still leaning forward. “And I apologize but I’m afraid you don’t. I’ve never seen you before.” He says, feeling like it’s a lie as soon as the words leave his mouth.
OR
Obi-wan learns that the chances of running into your ex (apprentice) in a random town at a random diner in an entirely different universe and timeline are slim but definitely not zero.
