Day by day, week by week, Billy Showalter makes an effort to grow closer to Griffin Stagg.
Griffin Stagg is cold, distant, short-tempered, and Vance Hopper’s—Denver High’s toughest fighter and troublemaker—little step-brother. Never in all his years has he ever really liked someone.
