Summary
Marcel just wants to make enough money so he can move out and head back to New Orleans.
However, his plans have to change once he starts working for the Mikaelson. His new bosses seemed odd at first, maybe its because they were British? But that wouldn't explain why they were so protective over him.
He is so tired of hiding things:
- Hiding from his parents
- Hiding the fact that he is 18 not 23 and therefore should not legally be working in a bar

Lucifer laughed, slid his hands down his face, and then finally met Adam’s eyes with a jagged slant of a smile. He held out a hand wreathed in golden flame. “Shake on it,” he said, tauntingly.
(Adam makes a deal to get a moment's reprieve from his overall awful situation in Hell. Lucifer is riding a hatred high and agrees. Adam turns out to have miscalculated his own trauma and Lucifer gets to deal with Emotions. Also there’s plot now. Redemption things, slow burn romance! Two idiots who don’t like each other and can’t communicate! Political Heaven nonsense. Fun times.)

He didn't have to look behind him to know that Lucifer had taken on his true demonic form, the crackling power in the air did enough to prove that. Adam tried to move towards the door again but found himself frozen in fear. Fuck, he hated being afraid of this prick.

Summary

To fix his mistake he is to go alone ,weaponless and under a cheap disguise in Hell to make up for all he had done .
