After breaking free of the loops, Siffrin is more than ready to move on and enjoy life again. They’re with their family—their friends—for another journey, one without the King’s Curse nipping at their heels, and everyone will be together for the foreseeable future. So Siffrin is fine. Great, even! The others don’t need to know that their experience in Dormont still hangs heavy as a noose around their neck.
They just need to get over it.

Summary
Post finally getting out of the time loop, Siffrin begins to develop scars from the ways he died while looping. Some of them are in places that are hard to hide so it makes sense to do a show and tell to get everyone's questions out of the way all at once. Since they're sharing anyway, might as well share everything, it's supposed to make one feel better after all, right?

It’s been almost a year since beating the King, and the gang circles back to Bambouche to see Bonnie again. It’s great! Siffrin’s family is back together, they’re happy, fed, and seeing the Island in the distance, he realizes he’s *right where he needs to be.*
Siffrin undergoes a Change in a way largely obsolete and forgotten in Vaugaurde. No one’s entirely sure what’s going on, only that they’re acting strangely, caught in instinct’s thrall, and eating far more than they ever have.
