The Watchers were corrupting their homeland, and Lissandra has to take action, by all means.
Lissandra betrays her sisters for her own plans, but then, her sisters also betrayed her. After her death in battle, she was summoned and would live in a world full of quirks and heroes, the one thing that she would totally lack.
But in becoming a hero, she would help the boy that inherited her powers after death, and would guide him to becoming a hero that Lissandra never thought she could be.
Or,
Lissandra helping Izuku by letting him inherit her powers.
