Dabi had a stalker.
It's been some time already and he finally figured out that with the hero's Strength and obsessive tendencies the best warfare against him should be psychological.
So he started thinking.
"Hawks, flirt with your fans one more time and I'm going to start ignoring you."
"Hawks, you're nearby, I know it. Show yourself or I won't talk to you for a month."
"Hawks, do you think that smile looks pretty on you?"Maybe this can work out...

Hawks is very bad at interacting with people after being kept isolated for so long. He can play the role with others, sure, but when there's no camera on him he just goes blank and tired.
Dabi is warm. Dabi doesn't care how Hawks acts, Dabi never did. Also he's shiny. He's colourful and quiet and safe and so so warm.
Dabi knows he can't fight Hawks so he never tries. Hawks likes that. No one has to get hurt.
But Dabi is mean. He gets so so mean sometimes.
He also asks too many questions.
"Aren't you tired? It's been ten hours of you lurking."
"Is this really entertaining for you? To listen to me cooking? You can't even smell it."

As gen's z favorite hero, Hawks started streaming. He wasn’t sure why. Maybe he was lonely or some shit. Friends… he could use some, but finding some good ones wasn’t that easy and he doesn’t have time for looking. So yeah, he started streaming, mostly commentary content, hero related. Sometimes he turns on some game. Of course this little, fucking, stupid dick had to find his stream somehow. Fucking Dabi, or Toya, whatever, same asshole. Endeavor's oldest son. Same age as Hawks, working as a pro-hero in his father's agency. Fucking Toya is Hawks' top donator. Tonight Hawks noticed him in chat again. Dabi_:3 lit up with that stupid verified badge like it was taunting him.
