Looking from across the Splatsville plaza, you see an unfortunate octoling with a large black eye trudging out of the gate, toting a very vibrant and iridescent snapback. “What the hell is going on,” You mutter to yourself. “Why do people keep going back if they’re getting hurt?”
Whatever it was, it drew you in like nothing ever has. Grabbing the bars and pushing it open reveals a set of concrete stairs that lead to a dimly lit, dirty green door. For some reason, you feel a bit of dread. As if something sinister was waiting on the other side. You slowly make your way to the door, cautiously taking every step until you reach the knob and turn it.

Summary
Behold! A place for one-shots!
So, I had a nice idea for a one-shot, but I don't really want to post it as a separate thing, so I though to make a one-shot collection and post this (and any future one-shots) here! I will take a look recommendations/requests in the comments if you want to leave one. I won't make any promises, but if I see an idea or a pairing I really like, I'll definitely take it into account, and if I do use it, I will give credit to whoever gave it to me. I won't commit to regular updates, but I'll try not to leave too long between chapters. This is mostly a place for me to put ideas I come up with or find interesting, or if I feel like writing a smaller-scale story, and also to improve my writing.
Also, even though each separate one-shot is intended to be its own story, if a particular chapter is well-received or I have a good idea for a continuation, I will consider doing follow-ups!
In the meantime, hope you like the one I have to start it! And if not, thanks for reading anyway, and let me know what I can do to improve my writing!
