Shachi immediately jumped up from his spot and put his finger directly in Penguin’s face, nearly up his nose, “HA! HEARTS ARE RED. Obviously, the captain agrees with me about the color.” Penguin’s jaw nearly dropped to the floor and he lurched forward, wrapping his arms around Shachi’s legs and tackling him into the floor, “No way! You’re just making shit up now! He literally confirmed that your color theory was bullshit!” The sound of Shachi’s cackles filled the small shed, “That sounds like something a loser would say- hey, OW, STOP! OW!”

“Are you ready, Brook?” The calm voice of the archaeologist interrupted the thoughts of the musician, his bony hands coming to a stop, halting the melody that was tantalizing the nerves and dancing with the spirit of any person who had the pleasure of being within hearing distance. A small laugh replaced the music.
“I’ve been waiting nearly my entire life for this moment - although I’m already dead, yohohoho.” There was a small hesitation in his voice, and Robin remained silent to allow him to finish, “But I can’t help but worry, Robin-san… What if he doesn’t recognize me?”

It was a warm, sunny day. The Thousand Sunny was drifting calmly in the waves and staring off the front of the bow was the peaceful portrait of the ocean meeting the sea in what could only be described as a picture-perfect day. The feeling of home came along with the sounds of the waves gently crashing into the hull and the muffled cries of ‘so not super’ being moved along with the wind. The smells of the sea were masked by the faint smell of a recent fire and - Wait, what?
