Hux had it all together until he just had to go and ruin it all by losing his temper and telling his Supreme Leader he's not a part of the glorious First Order he claims to lead.
Now Ren seems to think that if he doesn't belong in the Order he's not bound by its rules of conduct either, and struts about as he pleases, wearing clothes that are not appropriate or modest and only serve to embarrass Hux further.
