   Summary

   AU where the Warlords actually have frequent meetings and this is what gradually forces Sengoku into retirement.

   People are characterized in the way I think is silliest for them. Doflamingo is a bitch, Kuma is the only one that consistently shows up for meetings, sometimes Garp or Shanks may appear and cause problems, who knows! (I do, but I’m not telling.)
