Summary
Mind still fuzzy from the grip of sleep, “Ugh, Natsuo what did-”, Toya stops abruptly. That's not what he sounds like, he stalls. A collage of memories emerges with clarity. The fire, he recalls, h-he should be dead, how is he alive?
“Um” Toya stills as if only just now remembering he's not alone. Slowly, he looks to his right where his eyes catch a boy around Natsuo's age. The boy's white hair is familiar in a sleepy haze, but now with a more alert gaze, his soft mess of curls are different from Natsuo's spikes. Gaze shifting from the boy's hair to the features on his face, the difference becomes obvious. Warm flushed cheeks dusted with freckles and a soft smile displaying a missing tooth. Most strikingly are the wide, round, pair of viridian eyes staring at him with a nervous excitement. “Hi, you've been asleep for a long time. I'm Izuku, it's nice to meet you.”

"The scarf was ridiculously long, but Izuku didn't have it in him to judge as he wrapped it around his neck and shoulders with enough to spare to tangle under his head like a small pillow. Stupid but practical, which was something the boy did appreciate in this moment."
"Kiddo, we all know that's not the truth. Why don't you give my friend his scarf back, and then we'll take you home. I'm sure it's past your curfew." Izuku flinched back, pushing to standing and feeling his legs hit the railing - he shook his head, numb fingers trembling as he gripped the scarf."
"We have contacted your Mother - she made us of aware of this stolen document. You were surrendered eighteen months ago."
OR: Izuku had only stolen the scarf from the man because it was getting cold, and his clothes wouldn't keep him warm in the night for much longer. He hadn't meant to attract the attention of Heroes.

Summary
Armed with nothing but spite and a led pipe, Izuku's life plan consists solely of surviving to adulthood on the streets then carving out his own territory on those streets. He's homeless and feral and ready to beat up anyone who comes too close. It's not easy but it's what he knows. Unfortunately, he's taken shelter in the wrong territory and caught the interest of the villain Eraserhead who finds him absolutely adorable, like a little stray kitten.
With Eraserhead determined to catch, domesticate, and keep his little stray, will Izuku stay a feral stray or become a pampered house kitten?
