Summary
After Jimmy gave his consent the second time around, it seemed as if the brothers had forgotten about him. But Jimmy was still there- silently (or maybe not so silently in Castiel's opinion) watching over Dean. There isn't much to do when you're riding shotgun in your own body while an angel is at the wheel.
