    “Actually, I don’t think we’re close in most worlds. You typically prefer Captain America. Can’t say that I blame you.” Tony said flippantly, shrugging it off. He curiously looked up and was surprised to find Peter staring at him, astonished and…upset?

    It unsettled Tony to discover that in another life, someone like Peter Parker genuinely cared for him.

    TLDR; MCU Peter accidentally dreamwalks as a Peter from a world where Tony Stark is his rival.
