Kiyomi raps smartly on the door— “Delivery! Grove 37 Wholesalers!”— and no one answers.
She waits ten seconds and tries again. Nothing. She sighs, blows out her cheeks and glares at the door. Her mom has got on her before for just leaving deliveries outside the door when customers don’t answer— Where do you think we live, Mariejois? Those will walk away before you’ve taken two steps back towards the shop!
It’s quiet, when she ducks her way inside, and utterly devoid of business. She guesses the lack of patrons isn’t too surprising when it’s the middle of the day and the place is literally called the Rip-Off Bar.

The babe looked stupidly small. Smaller than even Rocks' brat had been and Dadan had been one of the few who had been allowed to see him when he was a few months old. To this day she was unsure why Rocks had let her know of his existence. Sometimes she found herself wondering where he was, how he was doing. If his ma' was still alive or not.
And now Garp brought this on her head.
"You still owe me for God's Valley," the Marine grumbled, stealing her sake bottle and taking a deep swing. Funny, she had never seen Garp drinking before. Baterilla must have affected him more than any other battle ever had. More than watching Roger walk to his death.
"Never asked for your help. Coulda just left me there."
Or Dadan is a former Rocks pirate who decided to retire and live her life in peace on Dawn. Trust Garp to mess it all up.

Becky huffs out a laugh. “It’s a funny story, actually…”

“What’s your name?” The boy asks.
“Becky,” she says. And, dreading the answer: “What’s yours?”
The boy leans back and grins widely. “I’m Luffy! And I’m gonna be King of the Pirates!” And there’s really only one thing Becky can say to that.
“Well, shit.”
(Or: An SI that was dropped into One Piece at the beginning of Luffy's journey gets interviewed after the fact. She tells her story, while having to dodge telling them that they're from another world the whole time.)
