Summary
Shin was at a loss.
It was 9PM. Shin and a bunch of his friends just finished their assignments and now they were on their way to grab a late dinner. However, just as they stepped outside the campus gate, Shin saw Nagumo, perching on the concrete planter bollard, still in his black suit and tie.
The older man smiled when he saw Shin. “Shin-kun~ Yahhoo~” He waved. "Do you have time for me now?”
Under normal circumstances, Shin would've declined. He was friendly with Nagumo but he was pretty sure Nagumo had a dangerous occupation—he had tattoo all over his limbs and sketchy looking people sometimes visited his house. However, there was something different about him tonight. He looked almost... melancholic... And Shin was nothing but weak against puppy eyed dogs.

Summary
Nagumo's interest in Shin was limited to the fact that he's Sakamoto's die-hard fan. Yet, one day he overheard three ladies warned Shin that Nagumo was bad news for the Sakamoto family and Shin surpisingly defended him wholeheartedly.
Since then, Nagumo paid more attention to Shin---the way his eyes sparkled, the way he talked, the way he ate, the way he smiled and laughed. Before he knew it, he had been enraptured and Shin weird willingness to indulge his childish demands didn't help with his attachment at all.

Summary
It starts, as most disasters do, with bad timing.
A trap box. A proximity sensor. Two people who had no business being that close to each other, and approximately forty-five minutes that neither of them will account for properly to this day.
Asakura Shin can read every mind he has ever encountered. Every secret. Every ugly thought people think they've buried deep enough that no one will ever find them. He has spent his entire life knowing too much and being known by no one.
Nagumo Yoichi's mind is the only one that has ever been silent.
He is also, by every available metric, the most dangerous variable Shin has ever had the misfortune of being unable to ignore. He shows up at the shop with no good reason and stays too long. When Shin runs, he follows. Neither of them is sure why yet.
Shin tells himself it's annoying. He's wrong, and he knows it, and he keeps telling himself anyway.
Nagumo tells himself he has it under control. He is also wrong.
Everyone around them is exhausted.Still waters run deep.
This is not a love story.
...It becomes one. Eventually. Painfully. Against everyone's better judgment, including theirs. But it doesn't start that way.
