    Ant, breezy and light as ever, squeezes Spider’s thigh where his hand rested on twill fabric. Spider’s brows raise, but he doesn’t bother to look away from the road. Spider knows, somewhere deep, deep in the recesses of his mind that he doesn’t particularly want to address, that Ant takes things like that as an invitation. The squeeze acted as a test, a slight push up against the normal boundaries between friends. To see if Spider would smack his hand away or tell him off, or just do anything. He didn’t, of course. Why would he? They’re friends. Friends.

    Ant gets drunk at a party and Spider, DD, has to deal with the aftermath on the ride home.
