“Holy shit, dude,” Eijirou says as he wipes the phone on his pants. He looks up at Katsuki with concern, nervously tugging on his bottom lip with his stupid shark teeth. “D’you think he heard you?” he asks quietly.Katsuki doesn’t answer. He doesn’t know. There’s a high chance Todoroki did fucking hear him but there’s also a chance he didn’t. Maybe he missed the important bits, though Katsuki can’t really process what things he might’ve heard if he did hear anything. Also, the phone was under his butt so there’s a chance he couldn’t understand any of the words even if he heard the talking. He wasn’t speaking particularly loud either, so maybe, just maybe, he’s safe here.
Katsuki accidentally butt-dials Todoroki, confessions are made and overheard.

Todoroki spots him as soon as they walk inside the gym; maybe because he's looking without thinking, or maybe because Katsuki is hard to go unnoticed, even among a mass of people; either way, it's pretty easy to recognize him.
He's there, sitting at the second row of the stands on the left. As if feeling the stare, he turns around, and they lock eyes across the wide place. Todoroki's mouth tugs up into a smile before he knows it.

This Todoroki is…
He’s disgustingly cute—cute in the way that makes Katsuki want to squish his cheeks and hug him. Fuck, this is somehow worse than fucking pining over him for a year and wanting to make out with the bastard, and that was before they’d started dating.
Little Todoroki looks up at him with wide, mismatched eyes and his bottom lip jutted out. Just as Katsuki almost has another internal crisis, his lips begin to tremble.
Oh, no, Katsuki thinks despairingly as tears well up in Little Todoroki’s eyes. Shit.
A high-pitched wail fills the air, and Katsuki scrambles to calm him down.
Why is this my life? he wonders desperately as he picks up Little Todoroki and tries to soothe him. Why?
