ENCYCLOPEDIA [Medium: Success] – A ‘mental shutdown’ refers to a recent phenomena sweeping Seol, more specifically Seol Cite, where perfectly healthy people appear to suddenly either: go psychotic, or die in suspicious circumstances.
LOGIC [Godly: Failure] – There has been no satisfactory explanation given for these ‘mental shutdowns’. Maybe it’s the city life stress?
ENDURANCE – Better not be…if people who’ve lived here their entire lives can’t handle it, how will you?-
