Paper's just your average freshman, if not worse. He tends to blend right into the background and doesn't get noticed very much, so he's just trying to survive high school. But what happens when he happens to get sat right in between his crush, the head of the leadership committee, and his girlfriend. This new seating chart has broken and shifted Paper's way of life drastically, as he now constantly feels eyes on him no matter what he does. Now, what is to come for the future? Surely gossip, rumors, more eyes, and maybe some drama.

Summary
Inanimate High School's baseball team, the Grand Slams, have entered a summer baseball league. On this team includes some of the best baseball players on Inanimate Island, including OJ, Nickel, Balloon, and the team captain, Baseball.
However, there is one problem. The Grand Slams are doing terrible this season. OJ is struggling to balance baseball and spending time with his best friend, Paper. Nickel seems not to care about the baseball team. Balloon feels alone after losing his only friend, and his feud with Nickel isn't helping at all. The biggest problem of all is that Baseball, who is supposed to be the star player, hasn't hit a single ball the entire season.
Despite all these problems, each one of them has to be strong and deal with everything. After all, it's just baseball, so they have to be strong. After all, who cries because of baseball?
