Summary
When Izuku wakes up after the entrance exam, he expected one of two things. One, to be accepted into U.A. by the skin of his teeth, or Two, for All Might to demand his quirk back when he failed. What he wasn't expecting, however, was a group of teachers who give a damn about his mental wellbeing to come to him, and make him the best hero the world had ever seen
A.K.A. Nedzu calls Yagi on his bull, and makes sure Izuku gets the training he needs to not suffer grievous (self inflicted) physical harm. Featuring Aizawa, who is suddenly a father of two troubled kids after just one week.

Body and limbs has been formed to match a youngling human to better perform his duty, the Grim Reaper. Eyelids fluttered open to reveal the bright emerald green, as the freckles on his cheeks glimmers in complete nothingness.

Grim Reapers are a well-known folk stories back at pre-quirk era and died down after quirks appeared. Though, little did they know, Grim Reapers has always been there, waiting to guide newly-lost soul to the afterworld.
Izuku is a Grim Reaper.
Despite how cool it might be, Izuku has a small problem.
He doesn't know how to do his job.
