If Bakugo could be muzzled after the sports festival, it was because UA had a muzzle. Which isn't logical, since a high school, even a heroic one, shouldn't be in possession of a muzzle. Why not? Because you simply don't muzzle your students.
OR: Bakugo is muzzled after the Sport Festival. Midoriya is pissed. Aizawa is pissed.

Between a loud blonde radio host who insists on being “Uncle Mic” and a small white principal who seems to know everything, Izuku begins to learn what it means to be seen—and safe—for the first time.

It shrinks to a singularity, a point, a momentum, and then rushes with electricity through Rumi's body, piercing every particle of her being. She forgets how to breathe, her heart skips a beat, and her legs buckle and she falls to the ground. Her entire being, both demonic and human sides of it, shaken at the touch of this guy. Is he… her soulmate?
They make eye contact. The guy is handsome, really pretty, exactly her type — Rumi can't believe her luck, as stranger offers his hand to her.
At least it seems that way until he shakes the non-existent dust off his shoulder and gives her a look of disgust. And then he just… leaves, leaving her to sit on the ground.
