I knew something was there. Something that was sinister but kind, malevolent but controlled. Something was radiating from them, like a calm before a storm; a hurricane. It looked over them, moved with them, was a part of them and now me. I was caught in a storm I didn't know was even headed my way. I stood in the center, where it was calm and still. They were here too, watching me, observing me, beckoning me.
"Won't you be mine, little bunny?" Their outstretched hand, was so friendly and soft, their smile so kind and patient.
"But you'll eat me..." I found their gaze.
