I DON'T LOSE CONTROL EASILY.
I’m meticulous and thorough with what I'm doing, which is why Jeremy asked me this one thing.
Lev Romanov.
This angel-looking devil was an enigma I was set to unravel. To cage. To destroy.
And I got lost in it, on him. The need to satiate this undying curiosity about those frivolous, yet lively, eyes.
Until I fucked up.
Yes. Me.
He wasn't playing into my game, I was playing his.
And he made damn sure I knew. That everyone knew.
But if he thinks it ends there, with threats, humiliation and engulfing fear… he's a foolish little princeling.
MY MONSTER MET HIS MATCH IN AN ANGEL THAT FELL FROM GRACE.
AND WE DANCE A DANGEROUS BALLAD, WITH KNIVES AND CHAINS THAT DRAWS US IN.
WE WERE SET FOR DOOM BEFORE WE HAD BEGAN.

Summary
James Potter was perfect (depending on who you asked).
Quidditch captain, pure blood heir (without being a racist bitch), top of his class, charming, extrovert, cute smile, attractive... Like really gorgeous it hurts you.
He even changed from who he was, redemption arc and all that shit. Which was even more infuriating to some.
The guy was perfect and it damn hurts.
So, naturally, people assumed he would be an alpha. Your picture-perfect dominant alpha that any one would love. Stereotypes (and expectations) at the end of the day.
But then he passed presentation age and nothing happened.
Now he is 16-17, sixth year, and of course the guy had to have the most dramatic presentation. (Finally!)
Except he didn't present as alpha.
