Summary
“Nice shirt,” Nancy purrs. Robin swallows, hard, tearing her eyes away from Nancy’s to glance down at her dad’s ratty, nearly transparent 1970s Margaritaville t-shirt. She turns narrowed eyes back to Nancy, who is biting her lip, her expression a battle between hunger and barely-contained glee.
“You cannot make fun of my pajamas when you’re, like, wriggling on top of me, Wheeler.” Robin stammers, voice sandpaper rough, trying to remember if her mouth has always been this dry.
Nancy’s face softens, eyes laughing, balling the front of Robin’s shirt in her fist.
“Believe it or not,” Nancy’s voice is low, eyes trailing down Robin’s chest, “it’s really, really working for me.”
OR
Nancy wakes Robin up to spirit her away on a long drive to Indiana's weirdest roadside attraction. Robin is forced to face her fears that she's simply a queer anomaly in the story of Nancy's life.

Summary
In the dim light Nancy has the glittering, smudgy beauty of an oil painting, shadows blurring the sharp angles of her face, eyes shimmering out of the darkness behind her. That stupid cross necklace winks against her white shirt. The whole pretty sight makes Robin’s pulse trip. Her heart stumbles right into her ribs, and yes, maybe her breath even catches in her throat a little at the flash of hunger she sees in Nancy’s gaze. It’s not like this is the first time she’s seen it, but that’s the thing about Wheeler: she never, ever gets tiresome.
Robin likes it the other way, too—soft and slow and blush-inducing for entirely different reasons. But she saw and felt, the second they fell into this back room, that Nancy wanted something else today.

Summary
Robin was nervous, but this was familiar. They always started out in the room they were going to sleep in, regardless of where the tv was. They’d paint their nails first, then migrate to the tv to watch their movie, then end up back in the room to talk until they fell asleep.
This time was different. One second they’d been sitting across from each other on the bed, talking about the movie they were about to watch. The next, Nancy had Robin pressed to the bed as her tongue dove into her mouth.

Girl's night turns into a much more pleasureable experience than Robin had ever imagined it might.
