Summary
Daryl and Glenn met in an unexpected past, fell in love and are a couple. Merle, not as much of a douche canoe in this story, comes along for the ride. More characters will appear as the story progresses. I'm not even sure exactly what else to say. It just started to write itself. We'll see? I know this is a craptastic summary, please forgive me.

Summary
What’s more terrifying than a horde of walkers?
Flying to Michigan to spend Christmas with your boyfriend’s family for the first time.
(P.S. If you like Hallmark Holiday Movies but wish they included more angst, Korean food, and explicit gay sex, this fic is for you.)
ALSO! Currently on pause until I get back in the Christmas spirit (which may be July or December, who knows?)

Summary
“Then why the hell’d you-” Daryl cut himself off, seeing the other members of their mottley camp drawn to the commotion.
“I-” Glenn started, still staring at Daryl, wide-eyed and mouth gaping.
“Is everything alright over here?” Shane’s voice carried across the way, though his shape was just another shadow in the dark, far away as it was. Daryl felt his blood run cold, a chill lancing down his spine. His head whipped around frantically. If his brother had seen… Well, Glenn would have worse things to worry about than a couple bruises. And so would Daryl, for that matter. He’d rather be skinned like a damn rabbit.
“You breathe a goddamn word of this shit,” Daryl hissed, rounding on Glenn again to loom over him.
“I won’t,” Glenn hastened to placate him, shaking his head adamantly. “I swear I wouldn’t - I won’t.”
Daryl huffed out an aggravated sound. He looked at Glenn long and hard, their eyes meeting under the flickering light of the campfire, casting their skin in waxing shades of orange.
“I won’t,” Glenn said again, so soft and earnest that Daryl couldn’t bear to look at him. He nodded, once, in a short, sharp flick of his head, before turning away.

Summary
He really tried to make an honest go of it. Glenn always tried to make his family proud, but it seemed like he was destined to fall short. He only made it a bit more than halfway through a degree that he never cared about before the debts began piling so high that they felt inescapable. He couldn’t let it get any worse.
His parents were disappointed in him, but if they wanted him to go into computer sciences so badly, then they could foot the bill. And they had refused, so that was that. He was stuck in a dead-end pizza delivery job to make ends meet, and he was struggling no matter how many hours he picked up or shifts he covered for coworkers.
Glenn couldn’t keep living like this. He’d already been forced to sell his dingy, old car to a shady chop shop that gave him more for the parts than any dealer would, and a few weeks later, they called him and asked if he was interested in a job. He accepted.
This wasn’t how Glenn expected things to turn out, but when it led to him meeting Daryl, could he really complain?
