Summary

Sasuke knows that it failed his clan, knows how the system failed his teammates. Even then, he looks up at the carved faces of the Hokage and dreams.

Summary
It is an era where shinobi women are akin to ghost stories.
Ever since a catastrophic plague two centuries back, women with fully functionable chakra grew fewer and farther apart. Until they became perceivably impossible to find.
In the current climate, it was rare and dangerous to find a woman with an average amount of chakra. It was clear that only women with some flame of chakra were able keep the strongest shinobi bloodlines alive.
People told stories of strong chakra wielding women but it often got those people laughed at. It was simply lore to think that women in the current era could be on par with strong clans much less, be apart of the shinobi forces.
That is until the great nations gain knowledge of a secret network of women who have exactly these abilities. They have been kept in the shadows for the last century, away from greedy hands.
Now Sakura and many other women are in danger when becomes a race among nations and clans to find these women; to bind them in loyalty to their causes.
