Summary
Mike gets into the habit of pulling his hair up. And it drives Will crazy. It opens up an entirely new perspective on a face he thought he had memorized, softening his profile and placing his features in new angles that Will had never considered. He looks pretty. He’s never thought about it before, but once he starts putting his hair up, Will can’t think of him in any other way. He looks soft and open and inviting, all of which is a dangerous combination for a boy with a hopeless crush.
Even worse, it makes him want to sketch him constantly. He keeps a sketchbook under one of his floorboards just for portraits of Mike. He tries not to do it often, but sometimes his want threatens to overtake him and he has to put it somewhere. Soon enough, the sketchbook has every angle imaginable of Mike he can recall without having him model for him. It’s possible that the sketching has greatly improved Will’s skills in a short time; they might even be his best work. But he can’t be sure since there’s no way they can ever see the light of day. If he’s going to lose his mind over Mike for what is apparently going to be the rest of his life, the least he can do is keep that insanity to himself.

Summary
The fabric of Reggie's jacket was suddenly much more… uncomfortable, then it usually was. It was too tight in his shoulders, and the collar was messing with his guitar strap. Not to mention, now that he was thinking about the stage lights were definitely brighter than they usually were. It felt like everything was going wrong, but he couldn’t stop the band from finishing the soundcheck. He couldn’t let them hold off on a gig just because he felt a little bit off.

The man who has been stuck in Steve's little pretty mind ever since the whole Vecna situation and the two men got significantly closer as they went on and saved the world.
Eddie "The Freak" Munson. Yep, that's the one. If someone had told younger Steve that he'd stay up late every night, struggling to sleep all because his mind was preoccupied with Eddie, he'd laugh until the very day he dies.But now, he was laughing at himself, slightly irritated about this new found feeling for the other man. It wasn't like Eddie had amazing long dark hair, and rings that adorned his pretty fingers and eyes that just... eyes that just hypnotized Steve everytime he'd look into them. It was a challenge trying to not just profess his love for Eddie right then and there every time they'd make eye contact.
God knows what those angel eyes did to Steve Harrington.

He knew he’d be walking back to an empty house, it was a regular occurrence. Nothing ever changed, his parents were always on business trips and to be completely honest, Steve preferred it that way. Between his arguing parents and the hostile behavior, Steve enjoyed the quiet. Granted, he didn’t love or want it but it was the most logical choice.He always thought back to the arguments, replayed them in his head because for fuck’s sake, did they always remain his mind. It was an endless record, replaying and replaying, pausing at the worst parts and the parts that left his mind troubled. His father cheating regularly to the point his mother needed to follow him like a dog, the selfish viewpoint of money, the shaming of others, the abuse he witnessed and endured every damn night.

In which I did what the writers couldn't, we take a look into Steve's personal life that has been heavily implied and referenced in the show. This deals with what may possibly be Steve's backstory-why he is the way he is. We see why Steve takes care of the others because really, who does he go home to? Who fixes him up after all the times he gets beat up? It's heartbreaking.Series
