In the small town of Hawkins that once was considered safe, the military has taken over and instated a mandatory quarantine on the residents. With Vecna still on the loose, the party is on the hunt to find and kill him while working around the military. It finally looks like things will come to an end… but is anything as it seems when fighting Vecna?

Summary

Dustin takes a shaky deep breath, hoping that Steve didn’t notice the way his hands shook, the way his eyes burned, the way his throat seemed to be closing in on itself.
“You know my sleeping medication I’ve been taking?”
And it’s like Steve knows what he’s about to say, because he straightens in his seat, his eyes going wide ever so slightly. The shimmer of fear glistening.
