Summary
My first headcanon mshenko couple, and the first non-porn fic I've ever written. (Though, to be fair, a lot of it is porn!)
These were my darlings, created when I was devastated by the ending of ME3 and driven to fanfiction. I wanted Shepard to be the happiest, silliest version of himself possible, to lessen the sadness of all that was lost during the Reaper War.

Summary
Post ME3 fic. Highly speculative. SPOILERS! In the aftermath of Shepard's choice, Steve Cortez and James Vega figure out what it means to be alive in London, Kaidan Alenko figures out what it means to be alive at all, and Garrus Vakarian figures out someone else might just be alive, too. The night before Commander Shepard defeated the Reapers, Garrus brought two bottles to Commander’s quarters on the Normandy. After all, just one bottle wouldn’t be right for both of them. The real pity was not being able to drink the same stuff, even if those standards were splitting hairs the way a sniper split targets.
