Summary
Piccolo has never been interested in love. He prefers solitude, training, and keeping everyone at a distance. The last thing he needs is a strange, stubborn female Namekian appearing in his life and disrupting his peace.
Yusagie comes from centuries in the future, carrying a past filled with war, loss, and a love she was forced to leave behind. Long before meeting Piccolo, she had fallen in love with Earth’s young Guardian, Kami. But when time brings her into Piccolo’s life, neither is prepared for what follows.
Piccolo inherited Kami’s memories, but he also carries feelings for a woman he has never loved. What begins as arguments, irritation, and unwanted companionship slowly becomes something neither of them expected.
As the events of Dragon Ball Z unfold, Piccolo must confront emotions he has spent his life avoiding and decide whether his feelings for Yusagie belong to him or to the other half of his soul.
A slow-burn romance filled with action, adventure, humor, heartbreak, found family, and the unexpected challenges of a warrior learning there’s more to life than fighting.
