Summary
Instead of doing the Red Hood thing, Jason Todd chose to stay with the All-Caste, simply because he was happy there. But that doesn't mean he forgot Gotham, or Bruce. They still have unfinished business, and Jason still wants his answers. Bad times for everybody involved is guaranteed.

Summary
Jason Todd had died.
Unfortunately, because nothing in his life or death could ever be so simple, that didn't last long. He returns to Gotham as a vampire, recently turned by Ra's al Ghul himself, the most ancient vampire known to Gotham's hunters. He has one goal: revenge for his seemingly unmourned death.
It would be much easier to reach that goal if there wasn't a part of him that insisted he didn't actually want to hurt the Bats.
