Kakashi nods, readjusting his mask. His face is covered in scratches.
“And then we had to help a feral cat.”
“The cat wasn’t feral, you barked at it.”
“Maybe it deserved to be barked at, have you considered that?”
Obito looks at him, and considers his options.
Maybe he made a mistake by being nice to him and calling his dad a hero. The bratty jerk was easier to deal with than a clingy six-year-old.
This is the same person who will one day become one of the most feared shinobi.
The knowledge of the future feels like a curse once more.
Or, after dying in the Fourth War, Obito wakes up in the past. Problems transpire.

Summary
After Pein's attack, Hatake Kakashi's corpse was secretly sent to the Root Headquarters by order of the new Hokage, Shimura Danzou. The man who protected him from being dissected was Akatsuki's true leader Tobi, or, Uchiha Obito.
Obito sank further into rage and despair. He was determined than ever to fulfill the Eye of the Moon Plan. However, his Kamui teleportation accidentally sent him to a parallel universe right before the Fourth Shinobi War started.
There he met:
a Namikaze Minato as the Fourth Hokage and a blissful husband and father;
a Nohara Rin as a superior medic nin and a strong, beautiful kunoichi;
a Hatake Kakashi as the ANBU commander and a son that the famous and respected White Fang was proud of;
and another Uchiha Obito as one of the top-class jonin of Konoha and the popular candidate of his sensei's successor, surrounded by his clan and everyone that he loved and vowed to protect at any cost.OR: Uchiha Obito decided to overturn the 'perfect world' where Team Minato lives a happy life.
