Jack, starting his second year of criminology moves into a new flat. His roommate turns out to be a cold (at first glance) and explosive art student. After their first interaction Jack is left thinking that Jeff hates him, while the man is actually fascinated by his roommate. They both start seeing a mysterious figure in the corner of their visions and Jack's seizures only get worse. Both of them need to navigate through that situation while also trying to keep their secret identities, well, a secret from each other. One night the intricate illusion both of them crafted catches on fire.
