Gamzee eyed Tavros as he began to drive to the hospital. He'd humor the other man for now, but after all was said and done they'd need to sit down and have a serious conversation. Several years had passed since Gamzee had last seen him. They’d both matured a lot since their youth--Gamzee more noticeably now that he wasn’t hiding behind his silly Subjugglator makeup; Tavros was just confused.
But even with a different haircut and a less boyish face, Gamzee remembered Tavros in haunting detail. He could never forget his first--possibly only--love.
