Located on Avengers Ave there are eight buildings: 5 homes, a 711, the illegal clinic with a laundromat front, and a Japanese restaurant that is entirely unrelated to the shenanigans of the people living on the street. When Steve Rogers moves into Building #1 on the Ave, the last thing he’s expecting is to meet crazy neighbors, a hot mechanic-landlord, and two boys that he pseudo-adopts.
What on earth is his life coming to, and why does no one in this place live a normal-ass life?!‘Avengers Ave’ is a series of episodes published in this fic.
Alternatively: A story in which Phil secretly takes care of an entire neighbourhood, everyone finds love, almost nothing is legal, and everyone learns that family is more than the blood in one's veins.
