A lot of the hermits aren’t human. This is an established fact.
But whether they’re hybrids, or once-were’s, or even never-was, they’re still part of the same unconventional, dysfunctional, yet fiercely loyal family that occupies the Hermitcraft server.
Still, it definitely leads to its own kind of chaos.

The rhythm of the clanging bells stutters for a beat, just long enough that Pix catches the sound of a muffled yelp.
“Ah, under the floor, are you?” Pix mutters, hurrying for the makeshift stairs by the northern wall. “Halt, villain!”
But what he finds in the basement of the museum is no villain at all.

He hopes he is a good man, but at the end of the day, he is a simple man with simple needs: are people dying around him? No? Okay, good. Is he eating well? Is he getting more than 4 hours of sleep? Yes? Okay, good. Does his heart ache every time Liu Qingge comes by smelling of rust and staring at Shen Qingqiu like he hung the stars in the midnight sky? Yes? Well, alright; that’s normal. Is he thinking about accepting a proposition for sex by a man he’s been pining after for years? Yes? Well. He’s only a simple man.
