“Welcome to the napping zone, comrade,” Idia announced, cackling as he tossed a can of lychee juice onto the beanbag. It wasn’t like he expected the other person to respond.
A few days later, Idia returned between classes and nearly choked on his cup ramen. The lychee juice was gone. And, sitting squarely in the middle of his beanbag was a can of black coffee. Unopened.
“Wehehh…” Okay. Okay, that was interesting.

Summary
"Sounds like the name of an MC... total avoidable NPC," Idia added casually.
Che'nya blinked, he understood precisely zero things about what Idia had just said. "An... MC?" he repeated, tilting his head. "Nya?"
Idia seemed to realize that Che'nya had absolutely no idea what he was talking about, but before he could explain, Che'nya shook himself out of his surprise and gave a small laugh.
"Oh my, I hadn't expected you to be able to say it," Che'nya admitted, still looking slightly shell-shocked. "Most people just call me Che'nya."
"Seems kind of L behavior to not call you by your name..." Idia said, frowning slightly and Che'nya's fur immediately fluffed up.
Oh.
He liked this one.
Very much.
Or: Che'nya is sneaking around NRC at night and comes across hermit Idia who was just searching for the vending machine, Che'nya decided to flirt with the pretty fire boy.
