If someone had asked Rey at the beginning of her first summer as a counselor at Camp Resistance if she would allow Kylo fucking Ren to eat her out in a supply shack and then fuck her in a groundskeeper's cabin during a “friendly” camp vs. camp game of capture the flag, she would have punched said someone in the face. Or at least given them a firm glare.
In short, there should not be so much sexual tension during a game of capture the flag, and Kylo Ren is surprisingly and deeply generous when it comes to oral.

The girl gasps, immediately straightening up and pushing the man away. Chastened. But the man locks eyes with him in the rearview mirror. Poe’s the first to break eye contact, clearing his throat to focus on the road.
Or, well. He tries.
The man stuffs a hand into his jacket pocket and yanks out a thick money clip. He huffs and peels away one, two, three, four, five -
Poe loses count after that. Then the man is tossing the bills over the divider and onto his passenger seat. They’re all hundreds.

Or: Poe doesn't get paid enough to deal with people fooling around in his backseat. Ben makes it worth his while.

Summary
Rey hadn’t been the one to check the two of them in, but when she returns from her break, they are all she can seem to see from her seat behind the front counter.
The pair—a child and a very large man—are standing in the middle of an otherwise empty rink, the air cold and still as a result of how slow business has been all day. The little girl, probably no older than three or four, is attempting to keep upright atop the tiniest little adjustable pink hockey skates that Rey has ever seen. She stares up and up and up at the man across from her, his posture relaxed as he stands with his hands in his pockets. Every stitch on him is black except for the electric pink laces run through the eyelets of his blacked out Bauer hockey skates

Ben brings his daughter to the ice rink every week to teach her how to skate. Even as the months go by, Rey finds that she can’t look away.
