Summary
Before she was the Lady of Autumn, she was the youngest daughter of a noble house, the gentlest of her family and the one they were most determined to protect. Her power is the weakest of her siblings, and everyone, herself included, believes she belongs in a softer court than Autumn.
So when Beron Vanserra comes seeking a bride and sets his sights on her, her family refuses him. But Beron has never wanted anything more than what he's been denied.
All the future Lady Autumn wants is to attend the Autumn Equinox and meet males from other courts.
The more Beron watches her, the more certain he becomes that she needs someone like him, and he intends to make her see it too. (Pre-canon. Multi-POV.)
