It had been two days into their trip when Phainon said something that sent a chill up his spine.

Phainon had his face against Mydei's hair as they were taking a break, still a day's walk away from Castrum Kremnos. It was a little odd for a predator to be so affectionate with the likes of him, but Mydei had shrugged it off as Phainon's personality, until that moment.
He wants to eat me after all!
Mydei, a rabbit hybrid, freaks out when the wolf hybrid who claims to protect him talks about eating him. Phainon clears the air with actions instead of words.

And he's faced with a succubus, who sits on a throne made of crimson crystals and is using the stalactites above her as target practice.

phainon's an angel who lives a life as a human. he finds the succubus he once defeated reborn, and decides to take a different approach in preventing a disaster.

Summary
Okhema Community Shelter, a popular stop for many prospective pet owners within Okhema City. It was the biggest of all the shelters, and held a larger variety of animals compared to others.
There was one dog in particular, a white Samoyed that was twice as big as a normal pup of the same breed, his tail sitting long and straight as opposed to curled against his back.
His size, though, was nothing compared to the blue eyes and unique sun pattern on the side of his neck covered by a collar that separated his fur from his top and bottom, a line of gold circling his chest.
That dog is named Phainon.

“I was the one who asked him out, actually,” Mydei answered. Phainon was too dense to make the first move, after all.
All three pairs of eyes at the table stared at him. Clearly, they seemed to have thought the opposite.
Mydei's boyfriend is a total nerd and a beast in bed. Who said one can't be both?
