Kazutora turns his face to the screen again as if he’s done with this conversation, but adds after a short pause, “And don’t tell Baji that I was here today. He’d just be annoying about it.”
Chifuyu suppresses a sigh, but determination carries his voice when he grants, “Fine. Under one condition.”
It brings Kazutora’s attention back to him, who first throws him a confused gaze before he shifts to suspicion. “What do you want.”
“You’ll have a second Christmas dinner with me,” Chifuyu insists and lands on a softer expression when he explains, “We have plenty of leftovers and I’m sure my mom doesn’t mind.”
